Its formula contains Life Cytoxygen and Milk proteins.

Directions for use:
Ideally cleanse using the Excel O2 Cleansing Milk and then apply this Toner with gentle finger touches  before applying your treatment cream. A stunning Toning Lotion that is utterly luxurious to use and has a powerful anti-age effect on the skin.
