SHIPPING

Skin Plus uses the United States Postal Service’s priority mail which is said to be able to ship products to anywhere in the United States usually between three business days.

Your products may weigh less than one pound, but the SHIPPING charges will reflect the cost for more than one pound. This is because of the product you have purchased behind the scenes. The SHIPPING weight is not based on the liquid in the bottle that you purchase, but the product’s packaging and postal material as well.

We encourage you to use an address that is secure as we accept no responsibility for the package after it has been delivered by USPS.

Orders are processed Monday thru Friday within 48 hours of receiving the orders. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will be shipped on the following business day.

Items available on-hand will be shipped within 48 hours as mentioned above. Items on backorder will be shipped as soon as they are available.

Sales Tax

Florida sales tax of 7.00% will be added and automatically calculated on all orders.

Return Policy

It is assumed, by purchasing these products, that you have been to a Germaine de Capuccini Salon or Spa and have been exposed to these products previously. Returns are therefore accepted only under the following conditions:

Unopened merchandise with all the original packaging may be exchanged or returned for a full refund to your credit cards.

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Client will need to pay for SHIPPING back to Skin Plus. Skin Plus address is:

If you need to return a product, please place it into a cushioned box, or bubble wrap into a box that will not leak when the item is shipped back. Please include the name and address of the original purchaser of the item.
