Skin Plus uses the United States Postal Service’s priority mail which is said to be able to ship products to anywhere in the United States usually between three business days.

Your products may weigh less than one pound, but the SHIPPING charges will reflect the cost for more than one pound. This is because of the product you have purchased behind the scenes. The SHIPPING weight is not based on the liquid in the bottle that you purchase, but the product’s packaging and postal material as well.

By purchasing through our website, it is assumed that you have previously visited a Germaine De Capuccini Spa and that you used our products in the past. It is because of these reasons that we will only accept returned merchandise, under the following terms and conditions:

  • 1. It is unopened merchandise with all original packaging, and it is in perfect conditions.
  • 2. If you merchandise was damaged in the mail, you obtain a free replacement, as long as an image is emailed and the damaged goods is sent to our location.
  • 3. All returns must be made within 15 days of the purchase.
  • 4. If you need to return a product, please place it into a cushioned box or bubble wrap into a box that will not leak when the item is shipped back. Please include the name and address of the original purchase of the item and the Packing List which was sent to you with your shipment.
  • 5. Refunds will be credited to you through PayPal with the Credit Card you used to make the purchase.
  • 6. Client is responsible for all shipping costs necessary to send back the merchandise to:

Skin Plus only ships packages with USPS PRIORITY mail.

You will be provided with a tracking number. The delivery is made at your own risk once package leaves our premises. Skin Plus Corp is not responsible for any losses once packages have been turned over to the United States Post Office. Skin Plus Corp can cover transportation Insurance for you when a request is done by the buyer in writing which is also the buyers expense. If you do need insurance, which is the responsibility of the buyer, please let us know before placing your order.

We encourage you to use an address that is secure as we accept no responsibility for the package after it has been delivered by USPS.

Orders are processed Monday thru Friday within 48 hours of receiving the orders. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will be shipped on the following business day.

Items available on-hand will be shipped within 48 hours as mentioned above. Items on backorder will be shipped as soon as they are available.

Sales Tax

Florida sales tax of 7.00% will be added and automatically calculated on all orders.
