Eye Contour Global Treatment
A dual treatment for the eye contour that improves visible signs of aging and fatigue for 24 hours. During the day, it smooths, firms and defends, while at night it renews and brightens.

In the morning, gently apply a small amount of DAY GEL-CREAM using the ring finger around the entire eye contour, including the upper eyelid.

At night, apply a small amount of NIGHT CREAM with the ring finger around the eye contour, paying special attention to the under-eye area. Next, apply the cream by gently massaging it all over the face, neck, and décolletage.

Eye draining yoga exercises: Stand in front of the mirror, before applying the treatment, and practice alternate nostril breathing. Inhale through both nostrils, exhale for 6-8 seconds, and then inhale for 3-4 seconds.
Aim for a minimum of 3 repetitions of each exercise (3-7 times per week). Focus more on problematic areas if needed.
Apply the treatment products, performing 3 to 5 repetitions for each exercise.
Gently raise the eyebrows and apply pressure to the forehead with the palms of the hands.
Tighten the eyelids and attempt to close the eyes.
Separate your fingers into the frown lines and maintain pressure while attempting to frown.
Glide two fingers from the frown line to the top of the forehead in a V shape.
Slide two fingers from each hand from the eyebrows to the top of the forehead in an inverted V shape.
With the palms of the hands, softly tap from the lower eyelid towards the temples, and from the temples towards the neck. Glide the fingers in circular motions around the eye contour.
